Ligne Roset's iconic design 'Facett' has been nominated in the furniture category of the 'Brit Insurance Designs of the Year' Exhibition which is currently on at the Design Museum until 27th April 2008. This is the first in a continuing series of annual explorations of the most innovative, interesting and forward-looking new work in design of all kinds, from around the world.

Nominated by Zeev Aram, 'Facett' has fast become a classic Ligne Roset design; considered the first in the trend of Fractal Design which is currently so prevalent. The Bouroullec brothers see the design process as one of reduction, removing the unnecessary to create an object with a visual clarity and intensity.
