VMPR have been appointed from July 2008 to handle all UK PR and press activities for Montgomery.

Montgomery is one of the UK’s leading soft furnishings brands, specialising in made to measure and readymade curtains in a wide range of styles from traditional through to innovative modern designs. The company’s head quarters in Chester boasts a large team of skilled seamstresses who make each made-to-measure order by hand, and the company employs over 800 people in total both in Chester and across the UK. The Montgomery design team is headed-up by Design Director Joanne McEwan. Joanne graduated from the prestigious Glasgow School of Art in 1990, and immediately started her first design role at Saudemant Designs in Compeigne France. Following further positions at Crowson and Rosenthal`s Joanne joined Montgomery in 1998. Joanne has now been with Montgomery for ten years and was made a director in 2006.
