NATUROFANTASTIC: A collection of functional objects inspired by a dreamlike and organic world

Lladró presents its new collection Naturofantastic, a series of pieces seen through the imaginative vision of its artists, who have conceived a fantasy world based on vegetable and organic elements.

Naturofantastic is a universe all of its own, without direct references to the real world. Instead, these are dreamlike creations combining marine and botanic forms, microorganisms and vegetables in everyday objects with a fantasy effect. The collection includes candelabra, vases, lamps and table accessories.

Naturofantastic starts out from a world of existing forms and invites us on a journey to a land of fantasy.

The pieces, made in white porcelain, are available in different versions. Some of the pieces use different ranges of grey, green and blue colors to capture nuances and tones which strengthen the dreamlike aspect of Nature, whilst other pieces are decorated with ceramic gold luster, combining gloss and matt finishes.

Like all Lladró creations, the pieces in Naturofantastic are the result of a painstaking artistic handmade process. From the initial sketches to the firing in the kiln at high temperatures, each step has been made by expert hands working under the supervision of the Lladró family. The final result are pieces of great artistic perfection that tell stories in a unique language.
